Leonardo & Co. further expands its Advisory Team with the appointment of Claus Peter as a new Managing Director. Claus Peter (55) joins Leonardo & Co. from B. Metzler GmbH in Frankfurt. At Metzler he was Managing Director and co-headed the Corporate Finance business.

Dr. Wilhelm Bender, who served as Fraport AG's chairman of the executive board from January 1993 to August 2009, joins Leonardo & Co. as a Senior Advisor. Under the leadership of Dr. Bender Fraport AG employeed 20,000 people worldwide and successfully IPO’d in 2001.
